An Eventing Rally for USPC Youth Members that are Unrated (UR), D1 & D2 Certificate Level. This is a non-Qualifying Rally where the focus is on learning, confidence building & FUN! This is an opportunity for members that are new to Pony Club, or first time Rally competitors, or younger members wanting to learn all aspects of what it means to "Rally" in Pony Club in a relaxed, down-sized environment. |

Requirements & Descriptions
Current USPC Youth Unrated Member - UR
(Youth that have not had a USPC Certification test yet) Leadline Option available for Unrated Youth escorted by their Coach Current USPC Youth Member with D1 & D2 Certificate Level Rider Must wear USPC approved attire & medical armband or bracelet. Must wear appropriately fitting Safety Vest for Cross Country phase (USPC Rule) No Senior (f/k/a Horsemaster) Members may compete as we are limited on space. |
Minimum of a D3 HM Certificate
Read and Agree to USPC Stable Manager Job Description Must wear Polo Shirt, Khaki Pants/Shorts & medical armband or bracelet. Must be comfortable assisting & giving direction to younger riders Must be familiar with USPC Safety Standards, USPC Horse Management Rulebook, and USPC Eventing Rulebook. Perform Safety Checks for all Team Members prior to Riding Phases Approval of Club District Commissioner (DC) or Riding Center Administrator (CA) to verify that the candidate is qualified to perform Stable Manager (SM) duties. |
Each Team must have a minimum of One (1) Riding Coach. May have up to 4 Coaches per Team.
Youth Member that is a current C2 Eventing & up Certificate Level OR Adult with Eventing Experience / Knowledge Coach travels with the Team to all Phases (Show Jump, Cross Country & Dressage) Escort Unrated Competitors on Team in Lead Line (if needed) Must be familiar with USPC Safety Standards, USPC Horse Management Rulebook, and USPC Eventing Rulebook. Each Coach must complete the USPC Coach Form and submit with Registration Documents to their Club or Center. |
Must remain ONSITE during Rally Hours. No exceptions.
USPC requires a minimum of One (1) adult chaperone per Team. It is the responsibility of the Parents of Youth Competitors to select the chaperone(s) for the Team. Each Chaperone must complete the USPC Chaperone Form and submit with Registration Documents to their Club or Center. |
